You pay a one-time, development fee for your custom Secure Bill Pay web site portal, based on the size of your organization. You pay a very reasonable monthly service fee for unlimited users and transaction volume. This service fee includes hosting your secure bill pay portal, all your future portal updates, data collection and storage, real time reports, export data and full security features, including PCI compliance.
