Your use of Secure Bill Pay.net is governed by the Terms and Conditions below and our Privacy Policy. Please review these documents before using Secure Bill Pay.net. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you object to any of these terms and conditions or to our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Secure Bill Pay.net Service. Changes we may make to these Secure Bill Pay Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Secure Bill Pay.net Terms and Conditions at our discretion. When we do so, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate a new version number and revision date. You are responsible for reviewing any such changes before using the Secure Bill Pay Service and agree to be bound by such changes if you continue to use the Service. Secure Bill Pay.net services and charges Secure Bill Pay services include your choice of custom packages for a one-time development fee plus ongoing, unlimited usage and unlimited transactions and other monthly services for a standard monthly charge. Your organization will be furnished with up to one and one half hours of web-based training (unlimited number of participants) and you will then train the other users within your organization according to your own protocols. You may request additional web-based training at a rate of $150/hour (unlimited number of participants). You agree to pay in full the one-time development fee for the package you choose. You agree to maintain a valid bank account with Secure Bill Pay.net to automatically charge your monthly service fee. Standard merchant and ACH processing fees charged by the applicable processor are separate from Secure Bill Pay, will be debited from your bank account and reflected on your monthly statement. Secure Bill Pay transactions are arranged by Higher Standards LLC, an Independent Sales Organization and Merchant Services provider. Transmission and storage of online payment data you provide
This website exchanges the online payment data you provide with a payment gateway, with whom Secure Bill Pay has contracted to process online payments. To process an online payment, Secure Bill Pay will transmit to the gateway, via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection over the Internet, payment instructions and banking information that you provide to us. Secure Bill Pay will store such payment instructions and banking information on its systems once a payment transaction has been completed for reconciliation and recall purposes. Secure Bill Pay uses reasonable measures to protect the security of the data you provide to us for online payment processing. Our processor has agreed to keep such data confidential. Please be aware, however, that the security and confidentiality of information sent over or connected to the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that Secure Bill Pay shall have no liability for incomplete or erroneous transactions caused by the user’s provision of inaccurate information, by the user’s lack of sufficient funds, by loss or misuse of the user’s authentication information, or for any other circumstances not subject to Secure Bill Pay’s control. Secure Bill Pay, Higher Standards and the applicable gateway reserve the right not to process any transaction which is believed to be erroneous, unauthorized or otherwise invalid or unlawful. SECURE BILL PAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURE BILL PAY SERVICE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OR THAT THE SECURE BILL PAY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURE BILL PAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
